At Bliss Day Spa we believe that massage is just not a "spa" treatment. Massage is a form of soft tissue manipulation. Massages have long since been used for a variety of health benefits. Many forms of massage have been utilized for chronic pain conditions, and may benefit many medical conditions by relieving muscular tension, decreasing stress, anxiety and muscle soreness. Massage may also stimulate the brain into releasing hormones, which are natural "pain killers", called endorphins. Some believe massage can increase the functions of the immune system as well.

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is where massage meets yoga. Thai Yoga Massage uses a combination of assisted stretches, range of motion and diverse massage techniques to balance the physical and energetic bodies. The client is fully clothed, wearing loose comfortable clothing.
